MapBiomas Venezuela Collection 3 of annual land cover and land use maps corresponds to the period 1985-2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These maps are updated regularly to include information from recent years, as well as incorporate improvements in the classifications. The goal is for a new collection to be published every year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LAND COVER AND LAND USE MAPS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most recent collection of land cover and land use maps of MapBiomas Venezuela can be explored and queried directly on the MapBiomas maps and data platform (<a href=\"https:\/\/plataforma.venezuela.mapbiomas.org\">https:\/\/plataforma.venezuela.mapbiomas.org<\/a>). To do so, navigate through the menu options: <strong>Maps and Data &gt; Access the platform.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>Download<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The<a href=\"https:\/\/plataforma.venezuela.mapbiomas.org\"> MapBiomas Venezuela<\/a> platform allows you to select or crop the annual land cover and land use map (Collection 3) according to specific administrative or natural areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. &nbsp; &nbsp; Descarga directa de un mapa anual.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ejecutar la Descarga<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Locate the Download Option:<\/strong> Go to the general <strong>\"Downloads\"<\/strong> section or look for a specific download button labeled 'Downloads'<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Confirm the Parameters:<\/strong> he platform will ask you to confirm that you wish to download the map from <strong>Collection 3<\/strong> for the selected <strong>Year<\/strong> seleccionado y para el <strong>Territorial Boundary<\/strong> you just defined<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Start the Download:<\/strong> Upon confirmation, the system will generate and provide you with a link to download the file.
